Find My Team hosts former Division I basketball player and current professional athlete, Leslie Knight to chat with us about her collegiate recruiting process. Leslie is an incredibly engaging, humble, funny and genuine person who has experienced the ups and downs of both the recruiting process and college athletics.

Leslie played high school basketball for Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Leslie earned the honor of High School Player of the Year in Minnesota her senior year. She then went on to play basketball at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, where she accomplished All Big Ten Honors both academically and athletically.

Leslie Knight is a professional basketball player who currently competes for the Estudiantes Basketball Program, based in Spain. She is now playing in her 13th year as a professional athlete. Her current team has just qualified for the prestigious Queen’s Cup, which has only happened twice in the last 31 years, the last time being 16 years ago!

Leslie will be talking to us about her experiences, both in high school and as a recruited high school athlete. What worked and what did not work? What would she do if she had to do it all over again? Leslie will be full of stories, fun, laughter and advice for today’s student athlete. Tune in for a great hour!

You will learn ways to win the recruiting process and enjoy your recruiting journey!
