College coaches are always watching and evaluating young high school student athletes in hopes to find the next best class of recruits.

Melissa Myers was one of those college coaches. She is a former twenty-year college Division I Volleyball coach. Coach Myers is a former Missouri Valley Coach of the Year and AVCA North Region Coach of the Year.

Coach Myers had tremendous success with a 9-year coaching stint at Illinois State University, compiling a 168-116 record and finishing with an undefeated conference season.  

Before Illinois State, Coach Myers coached for 6 years at California University of Pennsylvania, also producing winners and garnering coaching accolades. 

After a 2 year break from coaching, Coach Myers recently completed the 18 club season where she coached the 18 Elite team at Pittsburgh Elite Volleyball Club in Pittsburgh, PA.

She is an All American Shot Put thrower and a career leader in volleyball attacks and aces, while playing at Juniata College. She was also named MAC Player of the Year in Volleyball.  

Coach Myers grew up in Cambria Pennsylvania and attended Northern Cambria High School, where she played multiple sports and earned Hall Of Fame honors from Cambria County.  

Coach Myers shares her valuable experience and wants to help you be prepared when it matters most.
