WHAT IS THE EVENT?

Get In the Zone is a one-day event where Find My Team and Next Step, With Passion and Purpose partner to bring an amazing and personal program to female student athletes and their parents.  If you are a high school female student-athlete or a parent, this event is for you. We guide you in the recruiting process AND help in the early preparedness for your college transition.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?

Any female high school student-athlete who dreams of playing college sports and is frustrated, confused, and overwhelmed with the college recruiting process and/or wants to know the best way to prepare for a smooth transition into college.

Any parents of female high school student-athletes who want to make better sense of the college recruiting process. Be the support your daughter depends on to find the right college choice for her so she can continue her education as well as her love of sports.

Any student-athletes who already know where they want to attend college, or have already committed, this event will help you prepare for one of the biggest changes and challenges in your life: college! Come and learn what you need to do now to be ready for that transition.

Find My Team is an online platform with experienced former college coaches who partner with aspiring female student-athletes, parents, and coaches to empower them to create a fun, positive, proactive, and personal college athletic recruiting experience.

Next Step with Passion and Purpose is an expert transitional coaching company that ensures student-athletes and parents successfully make the leap into college life.

Together, we’ll take the student-athlete from her dream to play college sports into her recruiting journey and then equip her with the proper tools for an effective transition into college. We’ll help parents understand how to become advocates throughout the recruiting process and then share the foundational principles needed for the preparation for the college experience.
